What's new in v1.20

📝 Applications

•Custom application forms: build staff, whitelist or appeal forms with your own questions (short and long answers, numbers, dropdowns, yes/no)

•Apply on the web: members press the panel's Apply button in Discord and fill the form on nemesisbot.dev, with no Discord-modal length limits

•Review in Discord: every submission posts to your results channel with a Reviewed button that records who handled it

•Reviewer roles: choose which roles can read each form's answers on the reviewer page, without giving them dashboard access

Set it up in the dashboard under Applications.

🚓 Member Portal (for RP departments: police, EMS, gangs and more)

•Departments: map your Discord roles to View, Edit or Command access for each department

•Bulletins: post department announcements from the portal; they go to your Discord channel and ping the role you choose

•Roster: callsigns, ranks, divisions, status and certifications, with names and avatars kept in sync with Discord

•SOPs: write procedures with headings, steps, lists and callouts, sorted into categories, with revision history

Set it up under FiveM → Departments. Members open it at nemesisbot.dev/portal.

🎫 Tickets

•Ticket search: find any ticket by text, Discord ID or #number, with status, panel and date filters

•Closed tickets are now kept for a year, up from 30 days

•Transcripts now need a Discord login: only the person who opened the ticket, server admins and the panel's support roles can read them. Old links still work and send people to sign in.

🔧 Fixes

•Support roles on dashboard-made panels now get access to new tickets and are pinged as configured

•Remove leftover channel in the ticket workspace now works

•Verification: settings save before the panel is posted
