Nemesis Bot collects and stores the following data to provide its services:

Discord User IDs and Server (Guild) IDs
Message content for command processing and moderation features
User XP, levels, and economy data
Game statistics and leaderboards
Custom command configurations
Ticket transcripts and server settings
Invite/referral records (which member invited which) and server display names

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

Provide bot functionality and features
Track user progress and statistics
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Improve and optimize bot performance
Provide customer support

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely in encrypted databases. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Data is automatically cleaned after 30 days of inactivity (bot removal from server).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties except:

Stripe (for payment processing)
When required by law

Some features display your server display name to other members of the same server. The referral leaderboard is one of these: it is visible only to signed-in members of that server, is never public, and can be turned off by the server owner. We do not publish this data outside the server it belongs to.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of your data
Request deletion of your data
Request removal of your invite/referral data from a server's leaderboard, from that server's leaderboard page
Opt-out of data collection by removing the bot
