1. Operating Entity

Nemesis Bot is a product operated by Nemesis Labs LLC, a limited liability company. All services, subscriptions, and transactions are provided by Nemesis Labs LLC. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to Nemesis Labs LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Nemesis Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the bot.

3. Service Description

Nemesis Bot is a Discord bot that provides various features including games, moderation, leveling, tickets, and more. We offer both free trial and paid subscription plans.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free trials last 3 days and do not require payment information
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Servers without active licenses will have the bot removed after 24 hours grace period

5. Communications and Notifications

By using Nemesis Bot or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to receive direct messages (DMs) from the bot regarding:

  • Scheduled maintenance and downtime notices
  • Service updates, new features, and patch notes
  • Urgent service alerts and outage notifications
  • Subscription and billing-related communications
  • Important changes to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy

These messages are sent exclusively to the server owner associated with each active subscription or trial. They are limited to service-related communications and will not include marketing or promotional content from third parties. You may opt out of non-essential notifications by disabling DMs from the bot, however this may result in missed service alerts.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the bot for illegal activities
  • Attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse engineer the bot
  • Share or resell your subscription access
  • Use the bot to spam, harass, or violate Discord TOS
  • Overload the bot with excessive API requests

7. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and modifications. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the bot at any time for violating these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE BOT.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
